In order for a refund/exchange to take place, we must receive a picture of the damaged or defective products within 3 days of delivery. Best Med-Store USA has to review each case before issuing the refund or exchange. This review under normal conditions will take up to 5 – 7 business days.
After review of the images, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We may also request that the item be returned to us before we can finalize approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and refund or in store credit will be issued back to you, or we can send you a replacement for the item.
